Very clean and well located house.

We enjoyed the stay very much. The house is very well equipped, clean and a maximum 5 minute walk from the very beautiful Periwinkle Beach. We can recommend Lighthouse Beach for sunrise and Bowmans Beach for sunset.

Lovely place with short walk to the beach

We had a wonderful stay in the Sea Oats unit. The house was spotless and as pictured/described. The unit is about a 5 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. We had no issues and would stay again!

Sea Oats: Annual Trip to Sanibel

A lovely, quiet property in a great location on the canal and close to the beach. The manatee viewing was terrific! Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and wagons cover you for spending days on the beach. The property is small but landscaped beautifully and private. A few things to keep in mind: The communal bikes were taken one day into our trip for maintenance, which was a disappointment because it's one of our favorite things to do on Sanibel. All 5 trash cans were full when we arrived, and there was nowhere to put trash. Bring extra TP and paper towels if you are a larger group or stay longer. We've stayed at several properties on the island pre- and post-Ian, and this was one of the best. We will be returning to Sea Oats when we visit Sanibel again!

Property was very clean and had many extra items that allowed us to enjoy the beach experience more: wagons, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and much more. Check in and out was very smooth. There is plenty of room here for families to spread out and enjoy time indoors as well. This is definitely a property that we would stay at again if we visit the area.

We had a great time and the house was just what we needed. An easy short walk to the beach. And We saw dolphins, manatees, and iguanas right out the back door. It was great!

This property had impeccable landscaping on a beautiful canal with manatees daily and even a dolphin too! The screened lanai on both levels were so beneficial and made morning sunrise viewing such an enjoyable experience. The location cannot be beat! Daily walks to the beach were literally about 225 steps ( I counted) We were appreciative of the extra beach towels and chairs! We didn’t Find the cart and coolers until the day we wereLeaving but so much thought was certainly put in to providing guests for every need that could arise. I would love to stay again!!!

The unit was very clean. There were no towel holders or toilet paper holders. The living room furniture was old and the mattress in the master bedroom for the king size bed was uncomfortable due to wear. On either side the mattress was badly bowed.

Location is great, nice big King bed in the master, place was clean, although the blinds upstairs and downstairs are a mess they are missing many and falling. The half bath downstairs toilet doesn’t flush either. Also their is no cable or satellite for the tv, only streaming services, which really didn’t work for me, I had to watch nba playoffs on my laptop. But everything else was fine, and definitely would stay here again if those few issues can be addressed . Especially the TV CABLE., which I think any VRBO, HOTEL, MOTEL, any place where you pay to stay , should have at least cable tv.

Perfect Location and Ammenities

This little villa was the perfect place. Convenient location on the island for getting around, walking distance to the beach, and dining. It had everything our young family needed, from high chairs to shared beach accessories (umbrellas, toys, wagons, coolers, boogie boards, innertubes). There are even communal bikes! We rented a baby trailer from Billy's Bikes, hooked it up to a villa bike, and the kiddos had a BLAST getting around the island! The property was amazing too: mangoes falling from the tree to eat, 4 manatees and a dolphin spotted in the canal behind the units. We will definitely return some day!

Bayfront in the back ... saw dolphins and manatees. Short, easy walk to beach. Bikes and beach chairs to use. Odd review fact, but my wife loved the carpet. Beautiful interior.

Obviously recently "renovated"

The baseboards are unfinished, fixtures in bath old and do not regulate shower well at all, hazard if water too hot. Lanai screen ripped, not good for the pm bugs, Ice maker not working. AC in livingroom uneven. Had to lower temp so side of Instructions for key pickup unclear, had to call manager. No clean garbage bags. Not prohibitive for staying but for the price it is expected to have everything up to par. Thank you for allowing this input.

Great place!

Very convenient walk to the beach which was great and a beautiful back view on a canal - we saw a dolphin in it! Space was clean and well equipped with along with plenty of beach chairs, bicycles, wagons, boogie boards, towels and floaties. If anything to recommend would be a Keurig, and updated bedroom furniture. But overall, We would stay here again.

Convenient location

The place was quaint and in a quiet neighborhood not far from Lighthouse. Needs another shower for more than a couple of people staying. No standard toiletries included. Batteries corroded in remote control so could not watch tv and needed it for two smaller children. Wifi did not work as well. Lots of ants in the kitchen despite keeping food in closed containers. One seat broken with dining table set.
