The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. "We were not given the room we originally booked. The lights didn’t work in one room. We had no phone to call the front desk in the room. And had to look up the number and use our own phones. Front desk was extremely unhelpful. Staff weren’t friendly. One bed in our room had a huge dip in the middle. We were not given any access to WiFi passwords. And customer service gave us three different stories and prices when we asked to extend our stay just for a late checkout. The kids were swimming and using the water slide and staff kept turning off the water on it while they were on it. All around, I’d rather stay somewhere that has staff trained with customer service and problem solving skills."
