    Step into a bright, newly refurbished garden-level oasis where tranquility and fun await you. This ground-floor unit features a tropical decor with lush garden views and an airy, spacious feel. The large screened lanai, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening breezes.

    Inside, you will find:

    Master Suite with a king bed and en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with grab bars and a seating area.
    Guest Bedroom with twin beds (can be converted to a king upon request) and private en suite access with closing doors.
    Living Room with a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional guests.
    Amenities for Comfort and Convenience:

    Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances and granite counters.
    Central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms.
    Three flat-screen TVs, Direct TV, and fast fiber WiFi for your entertainment.
    Walk-in showers in both bathrooms.
    Complimentary starter pack of essentials upon arrival (soaps, paper products, and coffee).
    Beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your enjoyment (beach towels available for rent or purchase).
    We are located within walking distance of a golf course and several great dining options, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Please Note: Reservations are priced for parties of up to 4. For additional guests, a $30 daily fee applies, plus a one-time linen fee of $35. The unit accommodates up to 6 guests, including children and infants.
