Welcome to "Island Sanctuary", a stunning vacation rental property located on Sanibel's east end. This tastefully upgraded home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, offering a comfortable, open floor plan and living space adorned with stylish coastal decor. Our guests can enjoy the private pool and a large screened lanai, perfect for outdoor relaxation with the whole family. The home is situated on a spacious corner lot backing up to a canal with boat dock access for direct Gulf access. This beautiful oasis combines convenience & comfort with picturesque views. Island Sanctuary is an ideal retreat for those seeking both luxury and tranquility on Sanibel Island!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), Smart TV (streaming only), WIFI available, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, boat dock access (dimensions can be provided upon request). Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
