  • Newly Renovated UNIT 4A3: With a prime corner location, this two-bedroom condo boasts an abundance of color, light and feel-good vibes!

    Beautiful open kitchen and spacious dining area lead to oh-so-comfortable couches in the living room, all washed in hues of ocean blue. Master décor features a relaxing palette, while the colorful guest bedroom will delight the kids. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in guest bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December. (excluding holidays).

    Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master. Third-floor corner location offers dreamy wrap-around views of the beach, making your lanai the perfect spot to both greet and end each day!

    Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The condo was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The amenities were excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable.One thing that really stood out was having a staffed office right on site. That's becoming so rare with vacation rentals, and it made a huge difference. It was reassuring to know someone was available if we had questions or needed anything, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Sanibel!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: ROOM EXCEPTIONAL. STAFF WAS GREAT ESPECIALLY MICHELLE.

Only place I want to be

Right on one of the best shelling beaches. Nice property, good value for the money. Took a day trip to some other beaches but mainly stayed here.
