Everything up to the payment was great, but then it turned to a complete mess. With no information at all, I was presented with a much higher bill than the Hotels.com confirmation. "Beautiful spot, near a small lake, great for short hikes and strolls and lovely views of the mountains. Two small towns nearby with dining options (of course the hotel has a great restaurant as well). Totally recommend!"
