In the resort 2.5 km from the centre of St. Martin bei Lofer, in a quiet, sunny position, 4.5 km from the skiing area. For shared use: garden. In the house: central heating system. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bakery 2.5 km, café 2.5 km, bus stop 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 41 km, gondola lift 4.5 km, skisport facilities 4.5 km, ski rental 4.5 km, ski school 4.5 km.
