Entering we immediately have in front of us the livable kitchen equipped with every comfort, to its left a large room from which to access the balcony that sees the entirety of the city of flowers from an elevated viewpoint. Balcony equipped with table and chairs, so that during fine weather lunch/dinner with a view of the beautiful coastline of the Riviera dei Fiori is guaranteed.Continuing inside, along the corridor, we will find the bathroom with a characteristic porthole, a bedroom with two single beds, and finally a double bedroom.

Excluding the bathroom, one can appreciate the enchanting view from all rooms in the house.



The accommodation remains adjacent to the main square of Poggio, where we can find all essential services such as grocery, post office and pharmacy 2 minutes from home.

The small square of Poggio is very famous in the cycling world for being a key part of the route of the Milan - San Remo.

Just a few minutes drive from the sandy beaches of the 3 bridges or those of Russana (hamlet of Sanremo)
