Set in a lush rural estate, this eco-friendly farmhouse offers two communal pools—one 15×4.5 m with natural purification, and a smaller 3×4 m pool—surrounded by fruit trees and farm animals. Guests can relax on sun loungers, enjoy meals at the communal barbecue, and explore the island by bike with on-site bicycle parking. Sustainability features include solar panels and a private water well, and breakfast is available daily for a fee. The ground-floor flat features a cozy terrace, a gas kitchen open to the dining area, and a warm living room with TV. The double bedroom is tastefully decorated, and the bathroom includes a bathtub. Oil central heating ensures comfort in cooler months, and baby essentials are available. A shared laundry area is accessible from 9:00 to 13:00. Nearby, guests can visit the Caves of Drach, relax on Cala Millor’s beaches, or explore Artà’s historic charm. Nature lovers will enjoy hiking in Llevant Natural Park. Pets and events are not allowed. Pool hours are 08:00–20:30. No exterior parking is available.
