The spacious Villa Oasi dei Fenicotteri is located in Is Pillonis Sant'Anna Arresi, in the south of Sardinia, and is only a shirt drive from the beautiful sandy beach. The 100 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a television. Outside, you will find a private garden, terrace (with both open and covered areas) and grill. The nearby beaches in Porto Pino are just 5-minute drive (2.3 km) away and are also wheelchair-accessible. You can also cycle to the beach along a bike path, which is only 800m from the property to the beach. Here you will also find a selection of restaurants and bars, as well as the nearest supermarket. Sant'Anna Arresi is 3 km away, and the nearest airport is in Cagliari, which is 1 hour (70km) by car.
