"Great location, quick walk to Coastal Village Road and the beach. Nicely decorated. Everything that you need can be found tucked away. As the listing says, the house is very close to the 101 freeway. Recommend you bring your airpods or ear pods to help fall asleep if you are bothered by noise. "Beautiful grounds. Cool pond with ducks. A little away from town but felt like a safe location. Food at breakfast looked better than it tasted. We were disappointed in the eggs & sausage. Definitely get a room facing the interior pond if you can. Otherwise you are just looking out at the parking lot."

The cleanliness was outstanding—our room was cleaned every day, we always had fresh towels, and the bathroom was spotless. This is the kind of place that makes you want to come back, and whenever we’re in Santa Barbara again, we’ll definitely stay here. Five stars all the way! Highly recommended!"

"We stayed here as a family of three with our baby and had a good experience overall. The hotel is reasonably priced, in a convenient location, and has easy parking and a quick check-in process. We had an issue with our first room. The staff fixed it right away, but when the problem came back the next day, they offered to move us to a different room without any hassle. Breakfast is included and has the basics—egg bites, bacon, sausage, hard-boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, pastries, and coffee. Nothing special, and the hot food was pretty salty, but it was convenient. They also put out freshly baked complimentary chocolate chip cookies at 3 p.m. The hotel is pet-friendly, so expect to see dogs around the property. Overall, it's a good value, and we'd stay here again."
