"I was so pleasantly surprised by this property. The courtyard was beautiful and it is only about 1/4 mile to the downtown area. Really enjoyed my stay."
"Perfection! The “spa” vibe was incredible! The lights and waterfall great! Five star! The community areas were amazing! ((If you’re booking small children I’d put them on a ground level unit, the running first thing in morning and late at night was very disturbing.)) and yes we have 5 kids but the very loud noise of running were unfortunate."
"Reserved this property for a four night stay for a family wedding with events in Santa Barbara and Carpenteria, so the Summerland location was perfect. The highest number of adults was seven. With three bedrooms, that meant that two adults slept on trundle beds in an adjoining area. the house worked out great for this reunion, with a beautiful living room and adjacent deck overlooking the ocean."

"We stayed here for our 40th anniversary. It couldn't have been more perfect. The little patio outside with the fountain was delightful as were the rest of the grounds. The location, right behind The Sacred Place and around the corner from Field and Fort was wonderful – just far enough from the freeway so it was barely a hum in the background.Natty was more than helpful and accommodating with a number of my requests. Plus her online local guide was very useful.I intend to be back well before our 50th!"

"We loved staying at the Sea Loft. It is beautifully decorated and was very clean. Two things to note, the AmTrak train is 30 feet away and passes at 7:00 am. not a problem the rest of the day. Was fun waving at the passengers. And the highway is a bit close too. The rest of the amenities and decor is wonderful. The beach was perfect. Thank you for a lovely stay. "

"The cabin was the perfect setting to host out-of-town guests for our special event. Paul is a gracious host and the cabin was conveniently stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. The view of the ocean from the deck made for relaxing mornings and stunning sunsets. We plan to return! "
