"I loved the hotel the patio are nice. I had my own patio. Beautiful scenery. Restaurant was nice view, with its own patio small portions for the price. Staff was wonderful. Clean rooms bathroom has no vent . I will stay there again close to everything. Location close to fwy and beach.❤️"

"There with family and had a great experience! It was nice to walk into town as well as being right on the beach. Clean house that has great open kitchen and living area and large game room to enjoy for families. We will be coming back. "

"I think this was our 5th trip to Carpenteria. We live in the Bay Area but one of my daughters and husband live in LA. We are making it a tradition the celebrated Easter there and this was one of the nicest places we’ve rented. It has everything we are looking for; especially access to Santa Claus Beach. Very dog friendly, spacious, well kept. What’s not to like. The next time we head to Carpenteria this will definitely be our first choice to return to. Thank you very much for making our stay easy and enjoyable."

"Our stay was lovely. Right on the beach with a beach overlooking hot tub... just dreamy. The host, Spencer, was very responsive to questions and very kind. The property is very close to the train tracks, and near a road crossing so you can hear a loud train horn when the train approaches, esp in the back bedroom. It was a bit hard to sleep on the first night (a Saturday), but we noticed it less and less each night. Not sure if we got use to it or if there were just less trains the other nights. "

"I’ve stayed in A LOT of vacation rentals all over but hands down this was one of (if not) the best rental I’ve used! Fully stocked, great location, great value, lovely furnishings, and the grounds were perfectly landscaped! Will defiantly recommend to friends and will certainly stay here again if back in Carp! "
