Villa Guendalina is a villa with swimming pool for rent in Santa Cesarea Terme, ideal for a holiday with view on the most suggestive tract of coast in Salento.
The villa si equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine,
hair-dryer, tv, safe, alarm system, kitchen with electric oven and
espresso machine. In the big garden, in addition to the swimming pool,
there are a parking area and an outdoor shower.
The villa is in a panoramic position and it accommodates up to 9 guests. Pets are allowed.

Villa
Guendalina is a beautiful Mediterranean villa, on the tract of coast
between Santa Cesarea and Porto Miggiano. The villa is introduced by a
driveway surrounded by lush vegetation that arrives at the covered parking and the villa.
In the big garden, with pine trees and other plants typical of the Ionian area in Salento, there is the beautiful swimming pool with view on the sea. By the swimming pool there are beach beds and the outdoor shower.
The villa is modern and spacious and it`s on three floors. It opens into the ground floor with large sitting room with sofas and fireplace.
The staircase takes to the lower floor and living room with dining room, sofa, tv and fireplace and a three-step staircase takes to the ktichen.
Moreover, there are 2 double bedrooms with access to the swimming pool area and view on the sea and a bathroom.
Another staircase at the entrance, takes to the upper floor of Villa Guendalina, where there are 1 double bedroom with view on the sea, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathrooms.

Villa Guendalina is in a panoramic position, with breathtaking view, in Santa Cesarea Terme, between Castro and Porto Miggiano.
The
seafront villa is a short drive away from the centre of Santa Cesarea
with its amenities, its famous thermal baths and the Zinzulusa cave.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The villa is located very close to the well-known GUENDALINA nightclub.
