A charming sunlight apartment furnished to a contemporary modern standard with a private balcony. Boasting all modern amenities you expect such as HIGH speed WIFI and heated floors in the bathrooms. Our unit is perfect for personal and business travelers.

The modern fitted kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and guests can help themselves to complimentary water, tea, salt, pepper and a Keurig coffee machine with both regular and decaf coffees.

For your comfort the bedrooms are equipped with Tuft & Needle mattress.

Complimentary towels, bedding & linens, shower essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and shower gel are all provided.

If you are traveling with children and can provide high chair, crib and kids games.
We are pet friendly (30lbs or less) and if you are bringing your fuzzy friend we will provide bedding, water, food bowls and toys.

Plus we located in the South Bay area, just 31 miles south of San Francisco International Airport, 7.3 miles north of San Jose International Airport, and 26 miles west of Oakland International; Airport. You'll also be a short drive from several of the Bay Area's attractions, Great America Six Flags Amusement Park, LEVIS 49ers Stadium (4 miles), San Jose State University (13 miles), and Stanford University (15 miles), University of Santa Clara (4.5 miles). And enjoy easy access to public and private golf courses, shop and dine at Santana Row or Valley fare (6.5 miles), or take the whole family over to Raging Waters just 14 miles east. Caltrain is located just steps away for for an easy commute to several cities nearby.

Great weekend

This was a nice, clean, quiet, modern place, and perfect location for our needs. Communication was excellent. We had a slight gliche in checking in, not to Walter's fault, and he was on it and took care of everything within minutes. Was very comfortable and just all around good space. We were in to see a show at the Frost, it was about 15 minutes away. Also, a great place to eat is Luna. Walter was a great host and would book again.

Check-In Issues

Overall the apt. was nice and well located. Had some big issues with checkin though. On day of check-in I never received information on access code to enter apartment. Had to call VRBO to get ahold of the host as I was boarding the plane. Finally got in contact with the host, he sent me codes, thought all was fine. Arrived at the apartment around midnight in California to find that the code I was provided would not unlock the door. Called host multiple times over a 30-45 minute period and couldnt get ahold of him. Ended up having to call VRBO who could also not contact him. Ultimately had to make and pay for a hotel reservation at 1AM. Our group was finally able to get into the place the following day - host did leave us a bottle of champagne for our troubles. still waiting on VRBO to refund what I spent on the hotel and have heard nothing in the way of a refund from the host for the night we spent in a hotel. Not a bad place to stay, but any positives were sadly outweighed by the awful checkin experience.
