Great hotel for kids and families. All the staff is really nice and helpful. The pool and garden area are beautiful and well maintained. Amazing views and well connected to the bus and lifts. Dinners were good, though not that much variety for kids menus. I'd also recommend an update to the rooms. The activities for kids were almost only in Italian and geared to younger crowds (6/7 and below).
