This magnificent house located on the outskirts of Santa Cruz has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.It is fully furnished, modern, bright, recently renovated and ideal for families. In addition, it has an area of 110 m²It is very well located 2 km from the "La Hucha Supermarket", 350m from the restaurant "Guachinche El Cañonazo", 6 km from the sandy beach "Playa La Nea" and 13 km from Tenerife North Airport. It is located in a quiet and rural area.It has a washing machine, iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, alarm, air conditioning, outdoor parking in the same building and television.The independent kitchen, with induction, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker, fryer, toaster, kettle and juicer.It is a house located on the outskirts of Santa Cruz, near La Laguna but far from the noise and hustle and bustle of the city, where you can enjoy the tranquillity of the area, the silence and the open air.The property has 1 exterior camera located at the entrance/patio, oriented solely to the access area.
