Von Anfang an war es zum scheitern verurteilt, uns fehlte der Schlüssel um ins Gebäude zu kommen. Es war wohl ein schwarzer loser Chip, am Anfang wurden wir nicht ernst genommen und wir haben Videos zugesendet bekommen wie der Chip drin liegen soll. Wir hatten ihn aber nicht und mussten ein paar Stunden warten, bis die Putzkraft kam und uns ihren gegeben hat. Danach kam eins nach dem anderen. Das Wasser ging einen Tag nicht, wir haben sofort Bescheid gegeben. Es hat sich keiner gekümmert. Danach gab es kaum warmes Wasser. Zwei Nächte hatten wir Stromausfall (es war auch ein sturm, daher verständlich). Einen Tag ging das Tor nicht, zum Glück war unser Auto draußen sonst wären wir wieder im Gebäude gefangen gewesen.
