The amenities of the building are luxurious and brand new including pool, grill, gym open to registered guests.

*The number of beds will be made available based on how many guests are in the reservation. Visits are not allowed by building's rules.
*For long term stays, an extra cleaning is required every 15 days to maintain the property and change bed linens and towels.
*Basic kitchen and bathroom supplies are not replenished. You can purchase additional items at the nearest supermarket if needed.
*Building rules and any fines incurred during your reservation are the guest's responsibility.
*Extra bed linens/baths and cleaning are requested and paid for separately, directly with Acomodate.
* The cleaning included in the price is performed only at the end of your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged.
