"We had a nice stay here for 2 nights. The hotel itself is a little dated--right out of the 70s--but generally clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. "The room was clean and perfect. We had to wait the staff for checkin despite the fact that we gave the time of arrival. Also the price I paid included the breakfast but the host said it was not and did provide breakfast next morning. I provided him the booking receipt details showing that the breakfast included. I also reported this to expedia help desk same day, but I was told that they could not communicate with the host due to English barrier. "

Not so good: this is not a hotel - it is a ( small) room - there is no reception, just a WhatsApp we were assured would respond quickly - we requested a blanket as the room was cold at night and heard nothing back. As for freshly cooked breakfast - you left out tick list of options and a tray was brought to your room - shout out for the croissants but everything else very uninspiring....

"Francesco is a super host who made our stay in Vieste very memorable. He was there every morning to greet the guests and answer any questions we might have. He made us feel at home. He was quick to reply to texts as well. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Big room with a good size bathroom and great shower. It was walking distance to all the restaurants, sights and beaches. Breakfast, which was served at the restaurant next door, had an amazing view and a great assortment of breakfast items not to mention their excellent coffee. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Dimora Cummà Marì."

"The hotel was overall good. There was an issue effecting water pressure which meant that no one could use their sink or flush the toilets for several hours. We did not know that the pool had quiet hours in the afternoon where it was closed and did not realize that bathing caps were required in the pool. The location was excellent. Very close to the beach, with a private area for the hotel available at additional cost. It is also next to a fantastic farmers market and within a few minute walk of the heart of the city. Despite the minor issues we were happy with our stay and loved the city of Vieste."

"It is on a little side street but Vanessa came to meet us and gave us her parking spot on the street. We were met by a large high step staircase and she wanted to carry our large cases for us ! The room was amazing : white walls , a canopy over the bed , relaxing grey tiles, a beautiful spacious bathroom, controllable wall heater , Upstairs was a rooftop breakfast area , patio with wall benches in a wave pattern in grey tiles and comfy chairs , great sea views where I almost fell asleep. They only thing I would add would be an moveable awning for those wanting shade esp in the eating area. The hostess made adjustments to our no cake , low carb breakfasts providing cereal , eggs cheese cold cuts yoghurt whole wheat bread coffees juice. Extremely accomodating ! On a rainy day she brought it all to the room which was equipped with table and chairs. The room also had a electric kettle and teas . We had a very relaxing sojourn . A very relaxing establishment. It is on a quiet street , vert close to the historic area , restaurants and small waterfront. "
