If you need an office , you have it here. Enjoy the computer equipment set up for virtual work with high speed internet, scanner, printer and video conferencing. Enjoy the new gas Weber barbeque and an outdoor dining area facing the calming buddha fountain. The large master bedroom has an adjustable brand new king bed and the master bathroom has an enlarged tub w/ views as well as an enlarged shower. Enjoy walks on groomed trails that extend throughout the neighborhood. If you want to be relaxed and have privacy but near enough to the vibrancy of Santa Fe plaza, you have found the right spot. 15 minutes from downtown in the highly secure gated community of Las Campanas. Minimum 30 day stay. This property is a one story barrier free dwelling and wheel chair adapted. One small pet, however, requires owner pre-approval.
