The fridge was not functioning correctly. It made everything warm, our water and food. Very disappointing. We thought the fridge would have complimentary beverages and unfortunately it was empty.

Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything.

You will never expect to find this magic place in the middle of the mountains. I am very picky but the food here was exceptional! The mountains and the trees were so breath taking, I’ve never been to any place this peaceful before. The cabin was amazing and the details in every single room here was so beautiful. I especially loved the shower. I can’t wait to be back!!

Had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was amazingly professional and helpful, cleanliness was noticed in every corner and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Definitely recommend the stay. Especial thanks to Don Alvaro who is the hotel assigned driver that helped us so much.
