"The lobby, buffet, some of the restaurants have no ac. It is very inconvenient for the guests. Also, if you ask the restaurant to accommodate some of the food options for vegetarian meals they always say no! The drinks are water down including alcoholic beverage."

Questions from August were not answered requesting info on an additional guest joining us for a week.(is there an additional charge, is it allowed) We therefore assumed (incorrectly) that this was allowed and were charged once our friend arrived. ..."
