The hotel was centrally located, within easy walking distance of all main attractions which was really handy. However, I wouldn’t say this is a four star hotel, and the pictures are nothing like what we got for a room. The room was tired, with cracks in walls throughout, there was mould in the shower and the walls had splatters of bugs. There was even a section of the wall which had what looked like blood smeared. We complained to the hotel who said that if we really weren’t comfortable they could see if there were any other rooms available but weren’t sure they’d be able to accommodate us. In the end we ended up staying in the room but expected that some bits would be cleaned (ie the blood); unfortunately it wasn’t.

Very room and facilities are very clean and comfortable. The check-in/ out process was a breeze.

The hotel is directly opposite the train station, which is very convenient. The cathedral is a 10-15 minute walk away. An early check in time was available on the day that we arrived. A cab to the airport cost 26 Euro.
