Great breakfast, convenient location within walking distance to most city attractions and ~ 5 to 10 minutes walk to train station. Hotel rennovated within the last few years and feels new and modern. Only less satisfactory aspect is that room is relatively small.

I loved the location on the Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Very close to everything. Breakfast was excellent and room was so a ious. Roof bar will be nice but was closed this month.

The staff was wonderful, helpful, welcoming, I would recommend this hotel, and would absolutely stay there again, great location, around the corner from train station, we walked to dinner every night

Absolutely phenomenal hotel. This is the best place to stay in Florence. Great staff and exceptional property and super convenient in the middle of Florence close to everything.

Faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaabulous in everyway! Pleasantly surprised about everything about this hotel. Location, amazing, hotel design, fabulous, staff friendly and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay. I had a issue with the electricity of the room but the staff quickly did what they could to remedy the situation. Really great experience. Thank you Grand Hotel Minerva.
