The location is perfect - close to everything including the train, Duomo, Central Market, shopping and more.

Excellent location! Can walk to majority of the attractions, shopping and dining district in 5 to 20 minutes. Nearby the train station. The hotel is clean and modern.
Appreciate the Welcome Fruit Amenity. The breakfast buffet included was excellent in terms of freshness and variety of food; with a window view of the Church of Santa Maria Novella.
The only complaint is the in-room WiFi. It got my cell phone connected for just 2 to 3 minutes and dropped. Basically, in-room WiFi was unavailable! I need to go down to the lobby for WiFi connection!

It was closed enough to the train station but also central to other attractions.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was located very close to the train station (about 2 blocks) which is a major plus if you are coming in from another destination and it was a short walk to the Duomo. The breakfast here was the BEST we had in all our time traveling around Italy! Rooms are clean and spacious. We were on our honeymoon and they treated us to champagne and fruit which was a nice touch. I would stay here again.
