We absolutely loved staying here! We were there over Christmas and the staff helped us find reservations for dinner and gave recommendations for what would be open. They gave us Prosecco our first night to welcome us to Florence and breakfast was amazing. Cannot say enough good things about this place. We will be staying here again if we make it back to Florence someday!

The hotel is safe and easy to walk to every where in the historic city of Florence. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They work so hard to keep us like stay at home. The breakfast is outstanding and they care to us even though we checking in 4am with two bags of breakfast for us. Thank you so much for giving us a great time in Florence and will see you next year!

We liked our room. It was very comfortable. It was spacious. Windows were sound-proof.

Absolutely immaculate hotel in a perfect location with easy access to everything including the public transport. Staff really helpful and attentive to their guests.
