Location is great and staff are friendly.
Breakfast serves at 7 and there is free aperitivo in the evening.

Here just one night and HIGHLY recommend. The facility has a modern motif with very nice touches. Bed was very comfortable, amazing shower, great breakfast, and phenomenal staff. My best hotel experience in Europe!

All of the sraff were amazing, helpful and kind, going out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was included and was fabulous. A pre-dinner drink was also included for every night of our stay.

All attractions were walkable and very close to the markets. Staff were very pleasant, cleaners were brilliant and breakfast was good - especially Nutella pancakes! We were 'upgraded' on checkin but our room was still smaller than those displayed in the concept images when booking. Overall, I enjoyed staying in this hotel and I would be happy to recommend to a friend.

This hotel was really well located; about a 5 minute walk from the train and really close to the Duomo and museums.
It was clean, the breakfast was great and the staff was really friendly. They have a daily happy hour offering one free drink and snacks and they also treated us twice with cookies and a lovely note in the room.
Don’t hesitate to stay here.

Urban Market Hotel was an outstanding value and experience in every way. The room was perfectly clean and despite its small size, was thoughtfully designed to contain every amenity. The location is perfect, just one and a half blocks from the train station. The staff was extremely welcoming and there were many touches that were provided to let us know that we were welcomed and appreciated. Would highly recommend!
