"The service was great. The food is excellent, too. The room and bathroom were comfortable. The swimming pool is small and the water chilly. Good massage. The karaoke bar can get loud late at night. In the end was a little pricey."

"It’s a very unique and beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing. They took really good care of us. Any questions I had. They were happy to answer them. Breakfast was amazing fresh bread every morning. Definitely recommend if you’re thinking about going to Oaxaca city everything‘s very nearby and you can walk almost anywhere"

On our 2nd day of staying at hotel we had a family emergency, death in family and Mr Victor and his staff were kind enough to assist without hesitation in what we needed to find flights, transportation and whatever else was needed. "I didn't eat breakfast, but I had dinner and the food was incredible! Super delicious with the traditional Mexican flavors that I was expecting and longing for! The hotel is beautiful, cozy and small enough to provide a feeling of being in your family's home visiting. The staff is extremely friendly, kind and always attentive! I really enjoyed this hotel and plan and going back as soon as I can. Thank you to all the wonderful attention that my daughter and I received from the staff at Casa Sierra Azul!"

"The rooms are clean, on other trips to this hotel the front dest was great. The person this last trip the front desk lady just seem lost on what she need to do to check us in. She even gave us our room with out even having us sign the room docks. She called us back later that day. Breakfast was good. Its alot better then just muffins and toast. Its a good breakfast to start your morning. The breakfast servers do need to focus on all customers not just the ones they think are going to tip them. The parking/ parking staff has always been good to us. Thank you"
