I have been coming here for around ten years. I love the location! I thought with new ownership/management, it would be better, but the staff is less friendly than ever, the elevators were broken and on the fritz all weekend, and the beach chair situation was a disaster, and that was my final straw. I have recommended this place so many times to others, but if I do so now, it will be with great caution.

Our family has been coming to this property for over 25 years. In our humble opinion, there is no greater value on 30A than OSP. We have stayed in a myriad of different units over the years, and chose 1806 because it is one of the few which offers a King Bed in both the Master as well as the Guest. The unit was beautifully decorated, especially the two bathrooms, and they had a few amenities we hadn't seen before, like a large cutting board for charcuterie and a larger dining table. No view of the pool, but a good view of the beach. We stayed at the complex last year, and had the unfortunate experience of being on the 12th floor and BOTH elevators being inoperable as we were checking out. It's obvious that both elevators have been replaced since then, and even though the complex was full, we never had to wait long for a ride. Highly recommend both OSP and Unit 1806.
