"The unit was very clean. The dishwasher smelled like something died in it and would not work. The water filter pitcher would not filter water. The master bath pipes made a very loud knocking noise when the water was on or the toilet was flushed. The door lock system was easy to use. The code was delivered late and I had to call customer service to get the code resent. "The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. No written instructions for WiFi or anything and not even one coffee filter to get us through the first morning — all seemed low level for this rental price point. The exterior is inhospitable and knowing we’d be on the 3rd floor without an elevator for luggage was a surprise. And the serious warnings in the contract felt as if I needed legal advice. This condo is a corner cutting business first— so don’t expect any warmth or welcome packet."
