. Staff friendly and helpful. You get the usual hotel noise but apart from that very quiet. We had a lovely big room with huge balcony. Our friends werent happy with their bed and they were moved without issue. Lovely hotel and would love to go back. Transfers from and to airport were booked through them and were efficient and friendly. A much more intimate environment than some of the larger hotels. "
