"Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not."

"The cleaners were very good, beds were made every day, plenty of towels, were changed twice a week. The reception was` very helpful. Safe was €34 a week and €17 returned when I returned the key. A very pleasant stay and good value for money. Stayed end April 2024"

"Just back from a week's stay, big hotel but you never get the feeling of being crowded. Our room had a kitchenette, which had enough equipment to make simple dinners & breakfasts. No air conditioning in the room, but not a problem as was cool in evenings/overnight. The staff were very helpful - overall a great place to stay in a nice part of Tenerife."

"The apartments are in a good location and the staff are helpful. It had basic but comfortable furnishings and was spacious with a large balcony. Any problems were dealt with quickly. Shame about the view of the derelict building opposite, but guess they can't do much about that! All in all good value for a central stay if you don't need or want luxury."

"Hotel has limited parking. May be risky to park outside of hotel grounds even if you are lucky to find something... Rental cars are an easy target. Busy streets and no where nice walk near the hotel. The water on the island is no good. Hotel does not provide drinking water except at dinner. You need to go and buy your own. The smell of smoke is everywhere in this hotel, Had to move rooms as it smelt so bad. Management insisted it was a non smoking room... however they provide ashtrays...

"Everything was really good, the only disappointment was that the spa wasn't available and we weren't even informed in advance. Also, we needed an extra sheet because it got wet and we couldn't get one from the staff on duty. The apartment had everything we could need and the views were fantastic. "This lovely, big home is perfectly located, well maintained, and secure. So much space, we all had room to gather or enjoy a bit of peace and quiet, as desired. The views and amenities were outstanding. With 2 grocery stores a 5 minute walk away, we cooked in every night for 2 weeks and never tired of our home away from home.
