"Just returned from lovely stay. Villa is well equipped and in a perfect location for access to the beach, bars, restaurants and local shop. Quiet and relaxing break. Rooms are a good size and air con/fans in bedrooms keep rooms cool at night. Wifi is also good. Communication with owner was great and he was extremely accommodating with our awkward flight times. Overall a great place for a relaxing holiday."

"The hosts we’re amazing, kept in contact throughout and prepared the property ready for us to stay. Even let us check in a little early to use the pool whilst they finished.The location was great as we had a car, but you’d definitely need a car to stay here. Its quite rural and cans would probably be more expensive than that.The house was very rustic, with a pool smaller than the pictures allowed you to see. The area around the pool was very pretty with many plants.The bbq could do with updating...

"Thought I would write a detailed review. To set the scene we had a fantastic holiday. Communication with property manager re check in etc was great.The location is good. There is a road which runs near to the villa so expect some road noise. This did not bother us at all but may do others. The walk into Porto Petra is a short walk and the harbor area is beautiful. "Lovely apartment with tremendous views of the bay, ideally situated near the beach. Kitchen was well equipped which was handy as there was only one restaurant open in Cala Santanyi while we were there in March. Good sized fridge. We couldn't make the radiators work in the main lounge, front bedroom and bathroom. "The home was beautiful and the location superb directly in front of the ocean and beach. Every room was well appointed, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our family. The garage was stocked with snorkels and toys if wanted for the water. Our communication with Dominque was fast and friendly- she was so helpful. We were visiting in the off season so she heated the pool for us in advance which was very much appreciated. It was the perfect get away after my dad raced in the world championship Ironman in Marbella. We were able to walk to a few stores and restaurants that were still open and to an epic Mercado for groceries located on an idyllic marina about 10 minutes away.This house was perfect for our small family and would be perfect for large families as well. It looks just like the pictures!"

"Stayed here the first week of October for 6 nights. The staff were friendly but just be aware reception isn't 24 hours. The amenities (pool & games) were well kept & we enjoyed using those when we had the chance but the sauna seems to be broken? We could not find anywhere to turn it on so that was a bit of a dissapointment for us. Location wise, it's super convenient if you are renting a car & planning any day trips. It's located on the quieter side of the island & about a 25 minute walk around the port to get to the restaurants/nightlife. There's also free parking for vehicles which is super convenient as well as a grocery store directly beside it which we definitely took advantage of. While it was both semi affordable & convenient location wise, there were a few things that left us feeling disappointed with our stay. For one, the hotel does not offer daily towel service, they only replace them every 4 days which I feel is a bit long. The sink in our room also had a lot of build up & our shower seemed to have some drainage issues which honestly made the place seem quite dirty/not very well cleaned prior to our stay. Overall, we probably wouldn't stay here again since the cleanliness was below our expectations."

"Refurbishment of hotel and room superb. Only problem lift not working , same in other blocks. Never saw anyonevtrying to fix them we with a baby in a pram in our party and on 3rd floor so hard work. Pools are cold even in Drago land, sea was warmer !! Entertainment very good. We have been on numerous occassiobs and updating of Esmeralda park is to a very high standard. "

"We loved our stay at the Rocamarina, the adults only helped, but being just turned 60 we were on the younger side of most guests... lol. The hotel was clean and tidy, ample space in the room, excellent buffet breakfast and we opted for half board evening meal. There is plenty to choose from, and more than enough to try a bit of everything and feel full. We love Cala D'Or, and this hotel is just next door on the map, in Cala Egos, but the marina makes it a fair walk to the tavernas and the main centre. Cala Egos is smaller, and a little quiet, but Cala Pou beach is 2 minutes away and lovely. Staff were all lovely and helpful, especially the lead restaurant waitress who always had a smile and greeting for everyone. Ample free parking. Entertainment matched the clientelle, an was a bit dated for us, 1960's mostly, but the choice is yours. If you want younger stuff then the karioke over the road together with the large tv for the evening sports is always an option. A really nice gentle relaxing stay, with choices to meet most needs A++++"
