Expected more fresh food for breakfast, and quite a bit of information is missing to know what the product is and what it contains. Playgames are pretty old and broken like darts. More, the depth of our room was dirty and the pool was Really cold. For a 4 stars, it doesn't deserve it. Good points: Manual at the desk, music's evening, kind people and beautiful lights inside the bedroom.

The location near Cala Gran was the best part of this property. We paid for a Sea view room which was anything but. Room 151 is on the corner facing Cala Gran but too low to see over the tree. The AC wouldn't go below 75 deg F, and the fridge barely got drinks cool. The bed felt like I was back in college and squeaked whenever we moved on it. Breakfast was pretty good with a nice selection. There is a large pool just mask sure you get down there early to reserve some chairs it fills up quick. I'd give it a 3.5 out of 5

Súper! Très agréable, peut être car nous étions en hors saison ! Une nuit ici, arrivée et départ parfait. JacuZi piscine etc… petit déjeuner très complet. La ville à bcp de charme et la plage est à 2 pas. Séjour de 5 jours avec 1 nuit ici car nous avons fait le tour de l’île en scooter.

Hotel satisfactorio con algunas cosas a mejorar. Puertas del balcón de la habitación de madera, viejas y difíciles de abrir y cerrar. Comida mejorable, sobre todo restaurant a la hora de comer, mejor en la cena. Bebidas en régimen de todo incluido hasta las 00:00, aunque los combinados los hacen con refrescos de maquina y no de botella. Alcoholes solo nacionales incluidos. La televisión solo tenia 3 o 4 canales nacionales. No dejan fumar en la piscina, aunque si en una zona exterior del bar.

Ich habe mich im Vorfeld viel mit den Bewertungen befasst. Am Pool sei es abends laut.. und deshalb habe ich extra das Upgrade „seitlicher Meerblick“ gebucht, um etwas mehr Ruhe zu haben. Leider macht das Hotel gegenüber genauso Bambule. Man wird also bis ca 23 Uhr von Elvis Imitatoren oder anderem Soundbrei beballert. Egal von welcher Seite. Nicht unwichtig zu wissen. Das Personal in dem Hotel ist super freundlich, das Frühstück vielfältig und reichhaltig, mein Zimmer war hell und sehr schön.

Hotel ist uns bekannt, aber renovierungsbedürftig. Zimmertüren, Balkontür, Badezimmertür, Teppichboden im Treppenhaus in schlechtem Zustand (Zi. 222). Lobby o.K., Pool und Spa gut und ausreichend. Neue Handtücher wären auch schön. Übernachtung mit Frühstück ist sinnvoller als Halbpension. Es wäre schön, wenn sich deutlich mehr Gäste an die Kleiderordnung halten würden.

Avoid unless you like a bad hotel

Regrettably the only part of the stay we enjoyed was leaving the hotel !! Booked as a last-minute trip to meet friends we searched the Internet for suitable hotels where the Tucan was recommended, the dates worked and price was very competitive although at the time of booking it was not made clear the price was based on several caveats one being the role of ‘ car park monitors ‘ .... it’s important to note if you book one of the special price deals you get the upgrade of hearing the rubbish men come and go at 2am plus a second visit later in the day , not only are you treated to the noise of clunking bins and machines but at 6am you get to see and hear the delivery vans bringing in your breakfast ,, but don’t worry if by chance you miss the excitement the cleaners will be sure to wake you up with the shouting outside to one and other with the possibility of some slamming of doors . Working on the theory you got so drunk the previous night and slept through then try not to miss the breakfast , it’s a themed breakfast based on the 1980 tv series Hi-de-hi :-) The food is fully catered for people with allergies , that in the fact of fresh food allergies so provided you like your food cooked the previous night it really will be a joy , we also recommend trying one of the 1 bean water coffee’s from the vending machines , if you don’t like your coffee strong or even to taste like coffee then you will really enjoy. Only here for 2 nights but enjoyed my stay. The staff are lovely and friendly and everything is very clean. My only complaint is that my bed springs were squeaky- so much so they would wake me up in the night- but overall still an excellent stay.
