"Staff was helpful room was clean did not disclose the hundred dollar security deposit until I checked in. Very attentive to rude guest that caused a problem late at night. Breakfast was fantastic. Very close to a lot of the attractions. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel had peeling paint, tiny elevators that creaked and reeked of smoke, and a sink not attached to the bathroom, and there was no light actually in the bathroom - which we just felt was strange. All 3 times we went to the valet stand, no one was there, despite a call down beforehand. The room was small but nice, clean and had a decent sized shower. The staff was kind, and the hotel is in a nice quiet and walkable location."

"We fell in love with this resort and will be recommending it to everyone we know! It was our kids’ birthdays and the staff went above and beyond, they decorated the room for us so when our little ones arrived they were so surprised. The room was spacious and clean; we enjoyed having a patio that opened up to a grassy area where the kids could run. The pool area was AMAZING and it was so nice to have a kiddie pool our two year old could play in with ease. The wait staff by the pool was super friendly and attentive. It was awesome to walk right out onto the beach by the bay and next time we’d be interested in doing a bonfire at the fire pits. We’d also be interested in a room with a fire pits in the future! The resort in a great location, super close to Sea World, Old Town, and Belmont Park. Plus fun playgrounds right next to the hotel. Also, the room service was quick and delicious! We imagine coming back as a family, and also as a relaxing spot for a parents’ weekend away. Visiting this resort will become a new tradition for us and we appreciate the staff for making it such a memorable first visit."
