Didn't honor the reservation

I sent 3 messages to the manager stating i would arrive between 7-9 at night. I never received a response. When I arrived at the property there was no one to greet me. After making contact with the manager I was asked could I come back tomorrow because they had rented the apartment to someone else. The reason given is I didn't check in by 3pm.

I had a very nice stay in this apartment it’s near the airport and easy to get to. It has security which is great and gives you peace of mind duty your stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

I came back that same week and booked more days here. The place is beautiful and they were so accommodating. My cousin gave him the keys the next day. Communication was always easy and quick. I will definitely be renting again and I will be bringing my kids.

I visit the DR often & stay with family, so this is my 1st using this service. They were extremely helpful. United changed my flight 4 x and I ended up having to leave on a different day with a 2 am arrival. They worked with me and allowed my cousin to view the apartment and they gave him the keys the day of my arrival. Everything was clean and in new condition. Amazing view, gated and air conditioning that worked so well, I was freezing. Lol I had originally booked for 2 days and ended up returning later that week for the rest of the trip..
