The worst stay in my two week vacation

It is a big mistake teo book this place for three nights. I thought it is not big street but street noise day and night, plus street light conmercial lights so bright. We booked from hotels.com, which says air conditioning, multilingual, all are lies. The bedding sheets/towles are cheap materials and feel not clean. The kichen stove is not functinal. We contacted hotel manager, who said hotels.com has wrong information and should be corrected. The only thing good is the location, which near many museums, metro station.

todo perfecto mejoraria un poco la limpieza si bien cambiaban las toallas todos los dias hacian la cama pero cada tanto levantaria la alfombra !!!! pero boludeses pase una jornada de 5 dias muy positivo todo

Expedia confirmed reservation but no room availabl

I arrived at 9 PM with an Expedia confirmed reservation and hotel claimed to have nothing on file or any knowledge of reservation. Was asked to find accommodations at a another place but no guidance or help was offered. Still trying to get a refund from Expedia on charges already processed although services were not provided. Not sure who to believe on this horrible experience.

O hotel e bom o que deixa muito a desejar e a falta de ventilador ou ar condicionado e a limpeza e muito ruim se conseguirem, melhorar isso fiacara bem legal.

O Apart é bem localizado, o predio é também comercial. Fiquei do dia 21/12/11 à 02/01/12, os dias estavam quentes e faltou um ar refrigerado ou um bom circulador de ar. Como ponto de apoio para ir para Mendonza, Valparaiso e Vina Delmar até que foi um bom preço.

O site do hotel mostra prédio "moderno"; mas, a fachada não corresponde ao interior meio soturno de um prédio.Rua muito barulhenta, inclusive durante a noite. O centro de Santiago está bem degradado. De positivo: a amabilidade dos funcionários, especialmente do gerente; wi-fi, e a possibilidade de preparar refeições no apartamento - o que não me interessa - pois há fogão el[etrico, frigobar, microondas, torradeira e utensílios domésticos. Fácil acesso a metrô, ônibus urbanos e táxis.

Apart Hotel Agustinas Plaza Para aqueles que pretendem viajar a Santiago do Chile acompanhados de um animal de estimação este hotel representa uma boa opção, pois além de estar localizado no Centro da Cidade tem como vizinho de esquina uma padaria com diversas iguarias. Além disso possui uma boa estrutura, como fogão elétrico e frigobar. O pessoal da recepção também é excelente.

Esta excelentemente ubicado en el corazon de Santiago, al apartamento te hace sentir como en casa, solo un detalle al llegar el encargado-dueño Alberto Gadicke Ruiz te quiere sorprender diciendote que hay un detalle que expedia ha cobrado menos y que el apartamente es de mas precio, y si te dejas le vas a ir pagando, yo le dije que se arreglara con expedia y punto, y te cobra el estacionamiento, yo habia hablado por telefono antes y me habia dicho que estaba incluido, en general vale la pena por su ubicacion y confort.
