Ficamos totalmente sem apoio pelo atendimento da Hoteis.com, mesmo apôs horas solicitando pelo celular que resolvessem o nosso caso, falando com atendentes no Brasil e nos EUA, chegando a nos oferecer um hotel em Cabo Verde.A proprietária do Costa Bellas Artes, Sra. Estive ano passado no Costa Bellas Artes e gostei tanto que resolvi me hospedar este ano. Porém, ficamos num ap. sem a mesma comodidade da anterior, por exemplo, a TV a cabo não funcionou e o problema não foi resolvido. E na questão de limpeza, deixou a desejar. O apart-hotel é muito bem localizado e isto pesa, pelo menos para mim, na decisão da escolha. Este ano nota 7.

Ótima localização, perto dos principais pontos turísticos, excelente custo x benefício, boa limpeza dos quartos e ótimo atendimento, principalmente pela responsável do turno tarde/noite Giovana, um exemplo de como ser uma concierge. Great Value for the Money

Front desk staff and security speak very limited English, so brush up on your Spanish, you'll need it out in the city anyways. The office staff speak English (Leslie is fantastic), so no worries when dealing with them, but if you arrive late or on a weekend, you'll be dealing with front desk until the next day. Check in with front desk was quick and efficient despite the language barrier. Room was a 2 level "loft", very spacious, modern, and had all basic amenities required (cooking utensils, cutlery, etc.). Towels are clean but look worn, housekeeping didn't do the greatest job (not sure if it was our particular team as no one else seemed to complain about this). Shower had plenty of hot water, but no pressure (this was because the hose to the removable head had a small leak, which was causing the water to leak out from the hole). Air con in our unit was not functioning (we went in October, maybe because it wasn't hot), but an open window sufficed, although you get noise from the street coming in and it can get loud in the morning. Location is key, close to everything you would want to see (as long as you have no mobility issues as it is a lot of walking). There is a supermarket located beside the Merced St entrance, and a few bars and restaurants scattered around the property. Security is at both entrances at all times. There is a metro station a 5 min walk from the property, all in all good value and great experience for our first non-all inclusive.

fully furnished kitchen with a fridge and bar table. The bed is comfy. The TV channel is okay and the only negative is the slow internet at times. It is not the fault of the apart hotel though. The owner deserved credit for the maintenance of the room, and offered a electric transformer for my use. Well done !

É um flat, com serviço de limpeza diária. Há um supermercado ao lado e localizado perto de duas estações de metrô (linhas diferentes), permitindo fácil mobilidade. As opiniões postadas aqui foram muito úteis, recomendo e retornaria ao mesmo.

Pluses and Minuses

I was worried about checking in (late-arriving flight) based on previous reviews, but my key and welcome packet were waiting at the desk upon my arrival. The 'hotel' is a block of rooms rented out in a four-tower condo complex. Several companies rent rooms out there, but at least 50% of the residents are full-time tenants. The apartment interior was very nice - full kitchen, small living room, balcony, and a floor-to-ceiling sliding door to enclose the sleeping area. Bathroom off the sleeping area. Small TV with lots of English- and Spanish-language channels. Major supermarket immediately next door at the Calle Merced entrance. The staff in the Costa Bellas Artes office were very nice and helpful; the gentlemen at either tower complex entrance, much less so. This facility may pose a bit of a challenge for people who speak little to no Spanish. Note: If you need to store luggage or have a taxi called for you, do it at the Costa Bellas Artes office. The regular tower desk staff will not offer either service. The location is very good - you can walk to Plaza de Armas, the Museo de Bellas Artes, Mercado Central, and the Lastarria neighborhood.

Check in demorado por se tratar de um Apart Hotel, uma pessoa só para atender diversos clientes ao mesmo tempo, e o pessoal da recepção (seguranças) muito enrrolados, não te explicam nada. Tempo médio de espera de 20 a 40 minutos, isso pra quem está chegando do aeroporto após longa viagem, é uma infinidade..

Hotel, serviços e equipe excelentes!

Bem, eu e meu marido achamos esse hotel sensacional. Ë muito, mas muito bem localizado. O serviço é ótimo. Cumpre tudo que promete. Não tivemos nenhum problema. O quarto é confortável, na cozinha tem tudo, tem um ótimo serviço de limpeza e a equipe foi incrível com a gente: nos ajudaram a locar um carro, nos ajudaram a fazer reservas em vinícolas e restaurantes, nos deram ótimas dicas. Qualquer pequeno problema eles nos ajudaram a resolver rapidamente. É sem dúvida o melhor custo benefício. Importante: como em todos os hotéis desse condomínio, o estacionamento é a parte. Mas nesse hotel a diária é a mais barata. Não tem café da manhã, mas vale muito mais a pena comprar e fazer no apart. Sai mais barato, o supermercado é exatamente do lado do condomínio e a cozinha tem tudo que precisa. É realmente muito bom. Fizemos quase tudo a pé, pq a localização é fantástica. Fica perto de tudo.

Localização excelente. Apart hotel. Desorganizado

a-) Inicio dizendo que o Costa Bella Artes é um apart hotel, localizado dentro de um condomínio de hotéis. Devido a inúmero vai e vem de pessoas impera um pouco de desorganização. Infelizmente tive o dissabor de não encontrarem minha reserva feita com mais ou menos 4 meses de antecedência. Isso me deixou chateado. b-) no quarto é feita a limpeza do básico; c-) não há café da manha, pois, como disse, é um estilo apart hotel com cozinha; d-) está extremamente bem localizado, próximo de mais de 80 % dos principais pontos turísticos de santiago, podendo fazer praticamente tudo a pé; d-) tem supermercado, farmácia e padaria próximo.
