La habitación no tenía cama de 2 plazas, como se suponía, simplemente pusieron juntas dos camas de 1 plaza, las que obviamente se separaban. No fue cómodo.

We arrive at 3 am on January 1st it was super secure both of the check in agents extremely nice - room was super clean - not a super fancy hotel but perfect for family with kids and location is fantastic

O hotel é bem localizado, embora quem fique nos quartos dos primeiros andares é prejudicado porque na frente tem um ponto de onibus. Embora os funcionários não sejam simpáticos, atendem os pedidos feitos. O café da manhã deve melhorar muito. Mas, no geral, foi uma boa experiência.

Series of Unfortunate Conditions

I stayed in the basement and it was not clean. The room was not well lit, the ceiling had peeling paint, the floors were coming up in the corner, the furniture was old and worn. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the heater wouldn’t heat the room properly. The lock was also falling out of the door, so I had no idea if someone would come in and take my stuff. I booked for 2 nights and the first night I was already booking my next hotel. I checked out after my first night, but booked a non refundable price so I had to waste money on the second night I didn’t stay there. Also, this is NOT the Tremo in Bellavista, só don’t make that mistake

malísimo, No se puede dormir por el ruido de la puerta de entrada, poca aislación sonora. La televisión no funciona porque tiene sólo recepción de antena aérea. De verdad mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo

Clean and comfortable

This hotel was clean and comfortable, the room had a smart TV which was great for Netflix! The staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was quite basic and a little disappointing.

El hotel tiene una linda vista desde la terraza. El personal es muy amable. El desayuno es simple, con café instantáneo (inaceptable). Algunos detalles de limpieza deben mejorar. El hotel no tiene estacionamiento, detalle importante a tener en cuenta ya que en la página aseguran que sí, (recomiendo consultar por la opción multi día del estacionamiento subterráneo Parque Forestal que se encuentra al frente del hotel, 20.000clp por día aprox.). La ubicación de la aplicación de Hoteles.com está mal. En general, un poco caro por el servicio que ofrece.

ojo que no les den la pieza que está en el sótano...no se si era pieza nueva o que pero era muy oscura, como estaba recién pintada olía a pintura y no era ni parecida a la que aparece en las fotografías de la web. En términos generales el aseo cumple, pero podría ser mejor aun. De la ubicación nada que decir, muy bien ubicada y el personal es cordial y amable.

First and most importantly , staff try to send me a different hotel . They didn't communicate to me to notify me . Second they didn't provide me an option of hotel of my choice . The other hotel they suggested was in a bad neighborhood and online the cost is less. It separated from the hotel across the street . They said it was due to renovation , if that's the case then communicate with customer and let him make the decision and provide full refund . Worst experience ever

Mala localización centro lejos a 20 min andando

La verdad que hice la.reserva pensando que era un hotel más céntrico pero cuando llegue comprobé que no correspondía la.direccion del mapa con la realidad de la situación del hotel.. el hotel estaba bien alejado del centro baquedano. Estaba a 20 25 min andando. A pesar de eso el hotel está bien.. No tiene ascensor y tiene 6 pisos de altura. El personal no es que sea muy servicial que digamos.el chico venezolano es simpatico

Lugar imundo,acaba água quente no chuveiro!pessimo

O hotel nao corresponde com nada das fotos da internet! As fotos do quarto e banheiro são enganosas, banheiro velho, não possui toalha de rosto nem tapete no banheiro, banheiro IMUNDO, não tem suporte NENHUM para pendurar toalhas, lençóis sujos tambem, não trocam roupa de cama, e principalmente não tem água quente no chuveiro, ou quando tem dura apenas 10minutos, não da para duas pessoas tomarem banho!!! Um absurdo! Relatamos o problema ao gerente do hotel e ele simplesmente disse que o hotel esta cheio que precisa esperar pelo menos 40mim para voltar água quente, mas mesmo assim nao volta! Alem de tudo quando fizemos o check out o funcionario super sem educação quis cobrar 400,00 por um lençol novo, porque tinha uma pequena sujeira que com lavagem sairia tranquilamente! Tive que limpar para provar que saia e mesmo assim ele disse que cobraria no meu cartao de credito! ABSURDO! Vou processar!!!

We had different rooms, each one had it's problme (no lights, old tv, broken tv). No elevator, we had to carry our bags to the last floor. Rooms were ok (apart from the problems listed before) but seemed "rushed" in order to host us. No front desk, you have to walk into the administration office to drop your keys. Breakfast is good, outside (during the summer is a nice experience).

Poco recomendable

Es un hotel a precio accesible pero muy deficiente. Me hospede 3 días, la primera habitación que me asignaron no tenía ni TV, la segunda no tenía aire acondicionado en pleno verano y la última no tenía luz, tuve que esperar al día siguiente para que la repararan; constaba de una cama king size pero no tenía colchón de ese tamaño sino 2 individuales juntos, lo que la hacía realmente incómoda. En los 3 días no limpiaron los papeles del baño. Y el desayuno que ofrecen tampoco es bueno.

Uma má experiência!

Minha experiência foi das piores, fui colocado num quarto com diversas infiltrações e com uma micro "janela" que dava para à rua (parte da calçada). Após reclamação fui trocado de quarto e colocado na térreo, sim estava no subsolo, e o barulho e condições continuavam desagradáveis. O único ponto positivo era dos venezuelanos da recepção, estes super atenciosos. O hotel precisa de uma reformulação e está sendo feita, por isso vc irá acordar às 8 da manhã com barulho de obras. Quando reclamei das infiltrações e do cheiro da habitação a atendente (única mulher) falou que ninguém tinha reclamado é que era uma "sensibilad" minha rs... A localização é vendida como Bella Vista mas está no centro e as condições à noite não permitem circular na região. Feio, desconfortável e barato... Tenho fotos do quarto comprovando tudo.
