Great area. Apartment is a little more tired/less luxury than the pictures show. The pool is also quite small and often the beds were all taken. That said, it was convenient, reasonable, and I might stay again.

Nice area

High rise condo. Very good communication. Pool is roof top therefore sunny but no shade. Very basic kitchen. Restaurants near by. Laundry in the parking garage. Metro close.

Excellent location. Flat exactly as in picture. On arrival at 7am everything was ready for check in.I was very grateful for that. Communication with management was entirely by email. Heving spent 15 nights there - far above the average stay - I was somewhat surprised to be charged $ 40 for extra cleaning of towels! That is petty bureaucracy in action rather than sound business sense at work!

Good location for Metro. Financial district, quite bland. Apt. was in the noisiest corner facing the busy road & the Sun all day. Only 1 A/C unit in the whole apt. In the bedroom, hard to sleep. For me personally, the bed was too soft so I did not get any sleep in the night. This place is good if you are not planning to spend much time in it. It has an efficient kitchen and bathroom. The pool area has no shade, but has good view of the nearby mountains; you can swim laps.

This is an apart hotel without enough towels or staff for the guests staying at. Rooms are not cleaned deeply. Not washing machine for the hotel. It’s a public one for the other tenants of the building. You need to wait for 2 hours to use them. No front desk people. Yo need to run to take your suitcases from their office.

Pros- safe neighborhood, nice and clean building, close to supermarket, metro station and restaurants. Cons-front desk people don’t speak English and they are not “zip people”, we had to communicate with google translate. We had a bad checkin experience because the “zip people” were not in the office. However the office people were helpful if you can get hold of them. Office is closed Friday afternoon until Monday morning. They only replace towels every 7 days. There’s only one floor model air conditioning in bedroom and it’s very loud, think about it if you are a light sleeper. Website stated NO pets but there are lots of pet.

Execelente localização

Localização excelente, o apartamento é perfeito para duas pessoas. Possui utensílios de cozinha suficiente para 2 pessoas cozinhar tranquilamente. Mas uma coisa que gostaria de salientar é a localização, muito boa mesmo, perto de mercados, metrô, ônibus, da pra ir caminhando para alguns parques. Amei muito, sem contar com a vista maravilhosa para as cordilheiras!

Se activó una alarma a ls 01:30 am hasta las 03:30 am en todo el edificio fue horrible no podía dormir con el ruido fue horrible . También al llegar al hotel me cobraron el estacionamiento y el IVA siendo que yo al pagar la reserva incluida estacionamiento y el Iba están incluido en el valor . Creo que es un aprovechamiento lo que se hace . Haré mi reclamo al Sernac

O apartamento era bem confortável, estava bem limpo. Ficamos 7 dias e foi feito arrumação 1 vez neste período. A cozinha estava equipada com um frigideira, 2 panelas e utensílios para até 4 pessoas. A única questão é o chuveiro que não é bom, sai pouca água, de resto é um ótimo lugar para se hospedar. Local tranquilo, dá para ir a pé em mercado, restaurante, uma galeria com lojas, lanchonete, casa de câmbio e o metrô.

Habitação com otima localização, seguro, bom atendimento, chegamos cedo e guardaram nossas malas até que o quarto estivesse pronto. Para nós o local atendeu na medida certa, pela localização, comodidade da habitação ter cozinha e ser silencioso. Unico ponto de atenção é que a cozinha tem utensilhos básicos, que para nós atendeu, mas fica como ponto de atenção. Obrigada pela estadia e será uma referência para nós em futuras visitas.

A localização do apto é ótima, fomos em 4 pessoas com a intenção de cozinhar uma refeição no local, e haviam poucos utensilios, apenas uma firigideira pequena, não tinha como esquentar leite em quantidade (só nas xicaras mesmo) não tinham formas de pizza, não tinha tesoura para abrir embalagens, abridores de lata, colheres maiores,acho também que poderiam ter alguns temperinhos basicos, como sal, azeite, pimenta. Não tem como comprar embalagens pequenas, então compramos grande e acaba tento que deixar. Achamos os lixos do banheiro pequenos também, ficamos 3 dias apenas e mesmo assim como estavamos em bastante gente, acho que poderia ser maior. o ar condicionado é apenas na suite. Mas no geral gostamos, se tivessem essas melhorias seria perfeito.

Perfect for who likes shiny and clean decor. Brand new furniture. Location is a must. Feeling safe all the time. Neighborhood was a nice surprise mixing elements of a financial area with calm family zone. Walking distance to Isidora Goyenechea Ave's restaurants. Getting out of the touristic zone, you can feel like a local. Great times in Santiago.
