"A very peaceful location with great proximity to the airport and near a pleasant village. It is a tidy and compact cottage that was perfect for our family and Patricia was very helpful. It was pleasant to sit outside the cottage and enjoy the lush greenery. It's best not to let kids wander up the driveway toward the main house as there are large guard dogs that can surprise you."

"We had a group of 7 friends stay for 3 nights in this quiet country home tucked away in the mountains. It was a good spot for our large with beautiful landscape and great stargazing nights. Andrew communicated clearly the instructions for arriving to the house from the airport and we kept in touch as needed. It was a bit cooler there than in the city center, so sadly we didn't get to use the pool but it was a nice relief in general from the hotter air in Funchal. The beds were comfortable and...
