We had an amazing time at Stelios Place. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating and the rooms were kept nice and clean and tidy. The hotel was also great value for money and very affordable by Santorini standards.

Such a beautiful hotel with such friendly people, the pool was lovely and quiet and the location along the beach with some lovely bars & restaurants, plus the watersports & quad bikes nearby, was the ideal place to be. Buses were available often between Perissa and Fira too. Overall, a really wonderful week in Santorini.

This place was fantastic! The staff was accommodating and lovely, and overall it’s a great value. Our balcony was particularly excellent and the pool was relaxing as well. The beach, restaurants, and bars are all within walking distance, which is an added bonus.

Everything was amazing. Special thanks to Katerina for arranging transportation from/to airport and a boat tour for us. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Beach, they have a locker for luggage and showers you can use after check out. Everyone was super kind and friendly. The property and location of Stelios place is phenomenal. The family who runs it is so lovely and we felt right at home. The food recommendations and activities were excellent! The only downside was not being able to flush toilet paper, however that is common in Greece.

Amazing place!!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Hotel rooms and pool area were spotlessly clean! About a 2 minute walk to the beach where there are dozens of restaurants and shops. I would 100% stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel! Such wonderful owners!!

It was a lovely stay, the beach is a minutes walk from the property with a lovely variety of dining options. A great property in an excellent location with wonderful stuff! It’s about 3 minutes to walk to the beach, which is not only great for swimming but also offers a whole bunch of restaurants and shops. The facility itself is very nice and clean and has a nice pool, even a small kitchen for guests to prepare food if you wish. You can have meals at the pool or in one of the beach restaurants. The hosts is very friendly and most helpful and is happy to book excursions for you. We can highly recommend this place!!!

I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Santorini. Perissa is right on the beach and has buses that run to Fira all day, from there you can transfer to Oia. The room and hotel were very clean and had many amenities. Katerina and her family and staff were very kind and we felt right at home. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and there is much to do. We will definitely return here if in Santorini again.

We loved our time at Stelios Place. The property was gorgeous, the location was incredible (literally 30sexonds away from the beach), Stelios and his daughter Katerina were amazing hosts, and the room was very comfortable. I especially loved being able to take a nice relaxing dip in the pool after a long day of sightseeing. The property was about 20/30 mins away from Fira but the public bus connnectivity was great, with the bus stop being a 30 second walk as well. I highly recommend staying here to anyone who is looking to visit the island.

We stayed at stelios place for a week and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The location is perfect, not even a minutes walk from the sea front with a large choice of bars, restaurants and activities to choose from. Also, just a minutes walk to a small shop selling drinks etc and a 24 hour bakery with very nice breakfast options. Also, just a minutes walk to the nearest bus stop which makes trips to the Fira bus station easy and stress free. The staff who run the hotel were extremely friendly, arranged transfers to the airport and were always available to offer advice on activities and trips. All in all loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we were to visit the island again.

Stelios Place is located in the perfect spot just outside the hustle and bustle in the village of Perissa, next to the beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The host, Katerina, and her family treated us like we were part of their family. Their treatment towards us, even before arriving in Santorini, was super special. Katerina coordinated our transportation from the port to the hotel; from the hotel to Oía Village; and to the port with no issues. About the hotel: The rooms were extremely clean, the AC worked perfectly, the shower with hot water was spot on, and the pool was very beautiful. I highly recommend Stelios Place if you want to have a peaceful vacation in Santorini. I give Stelios Place a rating of 10/10 and an A .
