"We stayed in the executive level so had access to the executive lounge. Which was nice but quite small. The bathrooms were a little old. Some staff were excellent, some not quite so keen to help. Very good breakfasts! The Hilton is quite a big and busy hotel but very well located "

Além disso, a maioria dos funcionários demonstra ser educada e prestativa, o que contribui positivamente para a experiência, outro ponto favorável é ar-condicionado dos quartos, que mantém o ambiente bem climatizado. No entanto, alguns aspectos deixam a desejar: O principal deles é o café da manhã, que apresenta sempre as mesmas opções, sem variedade ao longo dos dias. Além disso, não há uma sanduicheira ou qualquer equipamento disponível para que os hóspedes possam aquecer um pão ou preparar algo quente, o que acaba obrigando todos a consumirem os alimentos frios e repetitivos durante toda a estadia. Outro ponto que merece atenção é a limpeza. Em alguns momentos, percebe-se que ela não é realizada de maneira tão cuidadosa quanto deveria, principalmente nos banheiros, que são espaços que exigem um nível maior de higienização e atenção. De forma geral, o Hotel Atlântico possui alguns pontos positivos, especialmente em relação à localização e à educação da maior parte da equipe. No entanto, ainda há diversos aspectos que precisam ser aprimorados. Com melhorias na variedade e estrutura do café da manhã, além de um cuidado maior com a limpeza, o hotel certamente teria potencial para evoluir de uma experiência considerada apenas “ruim” para algo realmente excelente."

"The staff was very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel is also centrally located in Copacabana, which makes it convenient for exploring the area. Unfortunately, the property itself feels old and poorly maintained. There is a noticeable lack of upkeep throughout the hotel, with peeling paint, loose furniture pieces, and even exposed cables coming out of the ceiling in the buffet area. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. Most of the food did not taste good, the eggs were cold and overcooked, and I even found hairs in my fruit, which was quite unpleasant."
