"Beautiful hotel, with amazing service. An incredible free breakfast with our stay and a lovely free wine tasting as well!! Treats daily in the room really put this hotel over the top! The room was clean, and cared for regularly by the staff. Our room was a great size and beautifully done! Truly one of the best parts of our trip to Lisbon was this hotel! "

"This place is a gem, classic, old world but so comfortable and refined, amazing staff and service, kindness everywhere, fresh linens and evening turn down, chocolate and pastries, water refreshed daily, no xtra fees for coffee delivered in room. Fabulous bar and lounge, knowledgeable and attentive bar server. There’s nothing transactional about this place. It is all about making guests comfortable. America seems to have forgotten this. Or it all comes at a $$ cost. Not here. Everything is included. What a wonderful place.Can’t wait to come back! "

"By far the best stays ever! The staff was so friendly, and accommodated all our requests. The indoor pool, sauna and steam room were also very nice! The cherry on the cake was the bartender who made us the most delicious cocktails! Besides it being a great hotel, the location was also fantastic. Shopping areas and public transport of any kind were very close too! Will 100% recommend this hotel! "

"The room was small but very clean and well laid out. A really tall person might have some difficulty fitting onto the toilet but my 5'10" frame had no real problems. The staff was very courteous and helpful despite a vicious storm raking Lisbon at the time. The food was buffet style and quite good. The evening meal, a buffet was a little expensive at 24€ per person but considering the alternative was to brave a powerful thunderstorm, we ate there. Other than that, the hotel was excellent an literally 8 minute walk from the airport. "
