"We had a lovely stay at this very pleasant hotel. The room was lovely and the location was excellent. We were disappointed that the pool facilities could not be used at the sister hotel - The Vine. However, we were advised that the Spa facilities were available but these were undergoing a refurbishment and were closed!"

"Small hotel , small pool but adequate. Could have had more choice at breakfast for the hot buffet plenty for cold ."

"More of a managed appartment complex then a hotel. Location is great, ok stay, included breakfast is pretty good. Other than that, nothing special"

"Pools were very cold. Staff were hit and miss, some excellent some not. Had an issue with the room bill which took time to fix and they weren’t very apologetic, not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Room was good, could have been cleaner and the spec was cheap. Restaurant was overpriced and extremely slow but the view was amazing. Nice hotel but don’t expect 5 star anything, much more of a 4 star experience. "

"Lovely atmosphere without any kids. The hotel was fully booked but didn't feel crowded. The deluxe room was worth it - lovely coffee from the coffee machine and a little bar/fridge & robes. The location was a short way uphill out of the town but in a nice area and not a long walk for anyone with reasonable fitness, There were plenty of buses. You could walk downhill to a bus stop and get off further uphill on the way back. There was also a hotel minibus into the town. We had a great stay! "

"Absolutely stunning hotel. Amazing facilities including several bars, restaurants, swimming pools, a top class gym, snooker table, games machines a more. Very clean. Many staff all friendly and attentive. Top class breakfast. Superb location very close to the town and with great ocean views. "
