Not recommended if you want a stay in a international Hotel. They seperate gender in their spa and pool facilities, serve no alkohol. At least they should mention it on their website then i would never book such a hotel. There should be free choices. Sharia. Poor service quality. There was heavy rains and the had not even an umbrella to offer. we were in the honeymoon suite and the cleaning staff made pictures of themselves in our room. ramada never again.

Otele girşte verilen bilgiler eksikti. Yemek saatleri, ıslak alan kullanım şartları vb bilgileri verilmedi, biz sorduğumuzda söylendi. Oteli tercih etmemizdeki ana amaçlarımızdan biri aile olarak havuza girebilmekti fakat kadın erken ayrı olduğu için bebeğimizi bırakıp giremedik. Bu bilgi rezervasyon sitesinde yer almıyordu. Havuz kısmının tavanı rutubetli ve havuzun taşları sökülmüştü. Asansörler sorunluydu, biri çalışmıyordu diğeri ise çok yavaş, takılarak ve sürekli ses yapıp uyarı vererek çalışıyordu. Odada tek bornoz vardı o da kirliydi

Kahvaltı kaldığım fiyata göre aşırı zayıftı. Şehrin hareketli noktalarına araçla yakın , yürüyerek uzak bir konumda. Kahvaltı bölümü çalışanları aşırı ilgisiz, resepsiyon ise idare eder. Tekrardan şehre geldiğimde kalacağımı zannetmiyorum. Verdiğim parayı hak etmedi.

Daha iyisini beklerdim.

Konaklama bedelinin karşılığını verdiğini düşünmüyorum; pazar sabah kahvaltı saatinde elektrikler ve dolayısıyla su kesildi!!! Planlı bir çalışma yapılıyormuş jeneratör yoktu veya devreye almadılar, bu kesinti yaklaşık 45 dakika sürdü. Odalarda birşeylerden kısıldığı tasarruf edildiği çok hissediliyor, örneğin çift kişilik konaklamada bir adet diş fırçası, boş mini bar, karton bardaklar gibi. Düzeltilemeyecek eksikler değil umarım değerlendirmemiz dikkate alınır.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit optischen Fehlern.

Ein sehr gutes Ramada Hotel, Waren in der Presidial Suite, Art war sehr beeindruckend, leider müssen ein paar Sachen instandgesetzt werden, automatische Vorhänge funktionieren nur bedingt, Whirlpool war auch schon in die Jahre gekommen, an manchen Stellen war die Tapete ab, leider war das Bad nicht geräuschmäßig abgeschirmt, sodass der Whirlpool für schlafende im Bett sehr laut war. Aber sonst war alles gut, gerne wieder. Preislich auch top.

يوجد بعض الحشرات في الغرف, لا يسمح للاطفال بالنزول للمسبح مع ذويهم ولم يتم ذكر ذلك في شروط الفندق لم يسمح بتمديد تسليم الغرف لمدة ساعة واحدة واضطررنا ان نغادر بطريقة عاجلة

Merhaba, otelinizden memnun kaldik genel anlamda. Fakat yapilan ufak bir yanlis memnuniyetimizi ne yazik ki buyuk olcude zedeledi. Otelinizi ozellikle spa bolumunu kullanabilmek amaciyla sectik fakat bayram sebebiyle spa 20:30’da kapaniyormus. Bize bunun bilgisi verilmedi sadece otelle alakali bilgi iceren bir form verildi ve o forma gore spa bolumu saat 22:30’da kapaniyordu. Esimle aksam hazirlanip spaya gittik fakaf buyuk bir hayal kirikligi ile geri donduk cunku spa kapanmisti. Bunun telefasi icin bize sadece 2 saat gec cikis yapmamiz saglandi fakat 2 saat zaten spa suruyor. Biz iki saate hem spa alanindaki faaliyetlerden yararlanmayi hemde odamiza cikip hazirlanmayi sigdirmak zorunda kaldik. Ayni sorunu kahvalti icinde yasadik. En gec 10:00’a kadar suren kahvaltinin bayram sebebiyle 11:30’a uzatildigi bilgisi bize aktarilmadi. Bu yuzden esimle erken kalkmak durumunda kaldik. Sizlerinde takdiridir ki, insanlar tatil surecinde fazlaca uyku ve dinlenmeye ihtiyac duyarlar. Bilgi aktarimi konusunda yasamis oldugumuz problem disinda hersey oldukca guzeldi Senturk Ailesi olarak tesekkur ederiz.
