"I did not even stay at this property. Even though listing was up on expedia, as soon as I booked, the hotel sent me a message saying it is not available. I've asked for help to cancel to get my money back, they told me to contact Expedia. Fair enough, I've contacted expedia explained the situation. Expedia said they could not contact the hotel and did not refund my money. A service I didn't even use!! Hotel didn't move a finger to help. On top of that , the daily rate presented is misleading ,...

Villa Blue Heaven-Just Steps to Beach and Turquoise Water - Best Sunsets!

"We just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Blue Heaven. We have been to Turks and Caicos three times in the past ten years, and it is our favorite house to date. The house was clean, exactly as advertised, and perfect for our group, which consisted of a few tweens and a teenager. Our house manager was Julian, and he was exceptional. He met us at the house when we arrived and gave us a quick overview. During our stay, we had one minor issue with a sink, and he had someone at the property within minutes to fix it. The house has a large water cooler with drinking water, and he also made sure we had a bottle any time we needed it. Julian also provided a good contact for us to rent jet skis one day, and they were delivered to the beach that same morning. As far as location, the house is on the other side of the island from Grace Bay, but the beach the house is on (Sapodilla Bay Beach) is stunning. The sand is soft and pristine, and the ocean is calm. You can walk out into the ocean for many yards and still be in calm, shallow water. We drove to the Grace Bay area many times to eat, and it is about a 20-25 minute drive. The grocery store we prefer (Graceway IGA) is about 15 minutes away. We visited a beach at Grace Bay, and we preferred Sapodilla Bay Beach. Sapodilla Bay Beach had a few drink/snack locations a walkable distance from the house on the beach, so they made for a good drink stop. We will definitely consider this house again! "

"We had a great time! The location and beautiful sandy beach was amazing! It was wonderful having our family of 8 stay at this entire villa that provided more than enough space, privacy, bedrooms to accommodate four couples, and a private pool. The beach area with comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas was a added benefit. We did one snorkeling excursion and couldn’t wait to get back to the villa and beach. We were so spoiled! The owners were available and on top of all of our needs. Wish we had planned a longer trip! "
"The villa was extremely comfortable, well equipped for cooking, and had amazing views of Sapodilla Bay. Words cant describe how beautiful the beach is throughout the day but especially as the sun starts to set and twinkles across the water.The property managers were attentive, met us upon arrival (late due to flight delays), provided a good walk through of things we needed to know, and responded quickly to any messages.
