New 3-Bed Charming House

Newly constructed, charming home in Saranac Lake! Walking distance to Lake Flower and easy access to villages fine dining restaurants and brewerys. Perfect for weekend getaways, business trips, staycations, work-from-home alternative, or cozy home base while exploring everything the Adirondacks has to offer! Less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Saranac Lake and 15 minutes to Lake placid which had the historical 1932 and 1980 winter olympics!

Fire pit (wood not provided) with Adirondacks chairs, outdoor grill, picnic table.

2 bedroom 2 bath with sofa bed. Master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom while other bedroom has two queen beds and bathroom next to the room. Living room has a sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed.

Property managers are Chuck and Lisa. No Pets.

Perfect Getaway

We found this house on vrbo while looking for something not too far while we skiied in Lake Placid. Great location, easy to get to and perfect house for our family for a few nights. Would def recommend it!

Great house for a family!

This house was a great place for my family for a long weekend. Walkable to the lake and downtown Saranac, and an easy drive into Lake Placid. Also close to a great biking/running path that runs between Saranac and Lake Placid, which was really nice. We had a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Saranac lake. This house really met all of our expectations! Extremely clean & bright with open concept kitchen which was perfect. We enjoyed the great location to downtown & loved the great yard with fire pit.Would love to stay for future trips to visit our daughter

Perfect for my family

I was in Saranac Lake for my daughter’s wedding and this home was ideal for 4 adults and a toddler. The house was very clean and was well equipped. The host was very prompt in responding to my emails. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The location was walkable to the whole town. Plenty of room for parking, big yard with fire pit and chairs overlooking the lake. Inside was clean and perfect size for our group. Kitchen, bathrooms and appliances (including washer and dryer) were all up to date and working.

Hockey Weekend--great rental!

We (3 adults) traveled to see our nephew's Paul Smiths College hockey debut and wanted to find a place where we could spend some quality time together other than a hotel. Quiet and lovely home

Our stay was just great. The home was the perfect size for our family. Kitchen had many things for us to use when we cooked. The outside area was perfect for a campfire one evening. We even had 2 deer that would visit the property in the morning and late evenings. Just beautiful.

Very grateful to have found this charming home . Communicating with Nicholas was easy and the place was perfect for us to have some quiet family time together in the cold. It snowed many times when we were here and there was always someone who came to clean . Appreciate the Nicholas going the extra mile to help us out in ensuring the kitchen had some basics as well God bless you all

Thank you very much. We had a great stay at your home. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was right up the street from the ice castle and that was great. We could walk in to town from where we were if we wanted to. The only suggestions I would make would be to have something to hold items in the hallway shower, more seating in the living room, and instructions on how to use the fireplace.

Regrouping

I rented this place to regroup after seakayaking in Maine for a week. Friends were coming up from the Washington area to join me for a kayak camping trip on the Saranac Lakes and I needed to meet them, regroup and do laundry and rest up. This was less expensive than a good motel and a lot more comfortable. Excellent location, well kept property and a very comfortable and well-equipped lodging.

Relaxing but a few items to address

The place was beautiful and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. So we’re the sofa and chair in the living room. There were a couple of small house repairs needed to make it a better stay. Will communicate with the property host.

Great house in a great location

Loved this house. Loved the interior updates and nice beds. Loved the laundry and outside fire pit and seating. Bathrooms were lovely and the linens were great. Kitchen is nice but difficult to cook a whole lot with the tools supplied. But going out to eat is more fun on vacation anyways. The back door not having a latch threw us for a loop, but we just ended up using the front door instead. We would definitely suggest this house and would definitely book here again.

Immaculate!

House was beautiful. Totally immaculate. Clean and modern. It was within walking distance to town which is a plus, but as a result is also more of a neighborhood so it is close to other homes. I personally would have preferred something more isolated but the post is accurate. I think maybe the pictures didn't show how close it is to neighboring properties

Reunion stay

We visited the area for a family reunion. The house was as described - newly renovated, very clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable - like hotel mattresses. The outside could use a bit of landscaping to make the backyard, with grill and fire pit a bit more welcoming. The neighborhood was okay, but some homes were a bit rundown. However, we felt safe and the house could not have been more comfortable. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great house, great location

We were in town for a family reunion nearby and chose this property for its location and accommodations. We slept 5 adults very comfortably and enjoyed this house. It seems to have been renovated recently and was very nice. It was an open concept but the doors are solid so it was very quiet even between rooms. The mini-splits in each bedroom made for some chilly sleeping and cold floors, but a small price to pay for such a nice accommodation! We didn’t use the fire pit because it rained, but it was a big yard to use if the weather was nice! We also walked all through town and on the rail trails in the mornings. Beautiful!

Feels like home

My family and I were looking for a cozy winter getaway to relax and enjoy time together. This hit the mark! I will say if you have mobility issues, this is a bit tricky to reach the door in the snow. My mother-in-law needed lots of help. It was slick and the path to the front door was loose rocks. It snowed overnight and was hard to find the path to shovel in the morning. Aside of this, it was a perfect stay. The home was clean and the layout was perfect. We loved having a fireplace to warm up by. The kitchen had everything we needed. There were only four of us, but if you were bringing more, there isn’t a lot of living room seating unless you use the dining table chairs or bar chairs. The bedroom could use some storage as there was no dresser to put clothing and such. The location was perfect for day trips. we would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. It just felt like home!

Our trip started with great communication from the host. The house fit our family of five plus two friends, perfectly. It’s in a great location! The house was very clean, spacious and cozy. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook. Bedrooms and closets were perfect! The fireplace was loved by all. Having the washer and dryer in the main bathroom was a bonus. Our family cannot wait to book this house again!
