Due to the City of Sarasota vacation rental code, this property can only be rented once during a seven (7) day period and has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. Exterior security cameras are present at the front door facing the entrance, the left side of the home facing the canal, and the right side of home facing the back. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.
